Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Shopping on is safe. We use Paypal for all website payments.

If you do not have a Paypal account, please continue your check out by pressing the 'Checkout With Paypal' button. You will then be led to the Paypal portal where you can add your credit card details. This is a very safe way of payment.

What payment options do you offer?

You can also contact us and pay via EFTPOS over the telephone. Your card details are entered directly into the EFTPOS machines and are not stored anywhere by us. Our EFTPOS accepts Mastercard and Visacard.

In addition, we are happy to supply you with our bank account number and you can arrange a direct payment instead. Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be dispatched immediately.

How do I use my Sportspower Bega & Merimbula Voucher when shopping online?

Simply pay for your goods, send us an email and we will arrange a refund directly into your account upon verification of your voucher. 




How do I track my order?

All goods are sent via registered Australia Post delivery and information can be forwarded to you so that you can track your order. 


Returns Policy


Can I return goods if I change my mind?

Our store follows the guidelines provided by the ACCC Australian Consumer and Competition Commission. These are printed on every receipt for your reference. Please read these carefully as simply changing your mind about your purchase does not entitle you to return your purchase. 


Can I pick up my items from the store if I buy online?

Yes, although you will still be charged shipping on orders under $100. The shipping amount will then be refunded back to you once you have picked up your item/s instore. 


Shipping - Australia 

All purchases over $100 are shipped from Bega & Merimbula NSW, with Australia Post at no additional charge. Orders under $100 (not including use of promo code) incur a $15 shipping cost.

If you order before 2pm on weekdays, your order will ship out that day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

*Please note: For Western Australia and rural areas, shipping should take 2-7 business days.

We pack your parcel super-fast, but Australia Post can sometimes experience delays in WA and rural areas of QLD. This doesn't happen very often but we just want to give you a heads up!

We entrust Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time - but any delays they experience are, unfortunately, out of our hands.

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your item using the code through AUSPOST.

If for some reason your tracking number does not work after a reasonable amount of time for AUSPOST to process your order please contact us through our contact us form.

Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours.
