Shipping & Delivery

After you've finished making your purchase we aim to send your goods as quickly as possible.  You will be kept up to date in the ordering and delivery process. We aim to have your goods delivered in 4 - 6 days, this can be quicker if you live in NSW or may be a little longer if you live in another State or a remote area.  We use Australia Post for deliveries and they determine the delivery times - which can vary from time to time. You can choose to click and collect from our store, or we will send your goods via Australia Post.

Goods being damaged or lost in transit is not a regular event, but if it should happen then we will take responsibility for it.  Please call us on 02 6492 2383 or email to report that the parcel has not arrived or is damaged and we will organise a suitable solution.

We can only ship within Australia.

Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated our shipping costs are:

  • Footwear, Apparel and non bulky items - shipping is a flat rate of $15.00.
  • Store Pickup - click and collect at either Bega or Merimbula store - free.
  • Local delivery - usually free, however at peak times, or with particularly bulky items where a local carrier is required, a fee may be charged.
  • Fitness and bulky items are available to collect in store.  We generally don't ship bulky items outside of the local region, however we can arrange a quote for you if necessary.  Bulky items may include but not be limited to cardio, strength, boxing, weights and other fitness equipment and some sports and family games items.
  • Bikes must be assembled prior to collection for safety reasons.

Out of Stock

Our stock is updated consistently, however instances can occur when a product you've ordered will no longer be available.  If this should occur, we will contact you. If we are unable to reorder the product we will give you a full refund immediately.  If the product can be reordered we will inform you of the new delivery date and you can choose to wait or receive a refund.

Dangerous Goods

Please note that some of our products are classified as Dangerous Goods and therefore may not be able to be sent.  If this is the case we will contact you to arrange another delivery option or a full refund.


Shopping with Sportspower Bega & Merimbula online should be as enjoyable and stress free as shopping in store. Therefore, we place enormous importance on ensuring your information is safe. Sportspower uses Paypal for all website payments.

If you do not have Paypal please continue your check out by pressing the 'Checkout With Paypal' button you will then be led to the Paypal portal where you can add your personal payment details, this is a very safe way of payment. If you're unsure please e-mail or telephone us.

If you prefer you can call us and pay with a credit card over the phone, in the knowledge that your credit card details once entered are not stored anywhere by us.
